If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods and sale items, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange by contacting us at poornayushh@gmail.com with proof of damage. Orders can also be canceled within 12 hours of placement, but once processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
